Why Do I LOVE Coffee?
I love coffee for all of its aesthetics and for how the bean-filled universe profoundly impacts me.
Coffee shops and cafés are where I am served the magnificent result, my oat milk latte, thanks to divinely-harmonized teamwork which resonates through all human imagination.
After I spied out incredible baristas and roasters that work hand and hand with growers, coffee ceased being merely the vessel sailing from my hand to my throat .
The growing bonfire of my bean studies quickly drew my eyes to fiery documentaries on barista competitions, coffee importing, and coffee agriculture.
The more scholarly articles on Costa Rican and Brazilian coffee agriculture and forestry practices I read, the more my love for great tasting coffee grows in both range of emotion and depth of sophistication.
As I delve deeper into the earthen mysteries between picking the coffee cherry off the tree and the making of my cup of coffee, I am concerned, yet hopeful.
